Design: Hans Ortmeier is a Master Baker in the true sense of the word. Trained in Europe, he has been
making wedding cakes since 1965. Your wedding day is very special, so be confident in knowing that your
cake is being made, start to finish, by an expert. Your cake will not only look beautiful, but taste
delicious...a combination that is truly hard to find!

Cakes: Your choice of White or Chocolate sponge cake [or] Marble Cake with your choice of fillings.

Fillings: Our famous Chocolate Mousse [or] or Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry, a delicious Bavarian Cream
with Raspberry, Strawberry Mousse, Lemon Mousse, White Chocolate Mousse, and Ganache Chocolate
with Raspberry.

Icing: A great-tasting Butter Cream made with real butter [or] Whipped Cream(the real thing!), Rolled Fondant
for the smooth looks, and White Chocolate shavings (a classic).



Black Forest Cake: Chocolate cake filled with cherries and Bavarian Cream with a touch of
Kirsch Wasser [cherry brandy].

Carrot Cake: A very moist cake made with fresh carrots and filled with cream cheese.

German Chocolate Cake: Chocolate cake filled with a buttery, coconut-pecan icing.

Italian Rum Cake: White cake filled with one layer of vanilla pudding and one layer of chocolate pudding
and rum. Fresh fruit is also available on request. We can also use your favorite filling.
